Portal. It includes information about the type of data collected and the usage
of that data. GolfNet, Inc. reserves the right to update this policy at any

This policy applies solely to the GolfNet™ Golfer Portal. If you follow a

Information Collection
The GolfNet™ Golfer Portal utilizes data provided by Keystone’s Premier
Golf Association (“KPGA”). Any collection of additional golfer information is
done so on behalf of Keystone’s Premier Golf Association.
GolfNet, Inc. maintains log information of activity helpful in managing the
application website, such as browser and operating system information, location
of visitors to the site, date & time of site access, particular pages
visited and potentially sites linked to the GolfNet™ Golfer Portal.
GolfNet, Inc. may use log information to identify number of visitors to the
application website, which pages on the website are of the most interest to
visitors and other information that will be useful for web application
improvements.
Personal Information Collection
Golfers registered for the GolfNet™ Golfer Portal have the opportunity to
fill out a profile form. The data collected from this form is the sole property
of the golfer and Keystone’s Premier Golf Association only. Keystone’s Premier
Golf Association will not sell or distribute address or email lists to third
parties, with the exception of other non-profit Golf Associations, including,
but not limited to, the United States Golf Association.
Any information provided via this form will only be used by Keystone’s
Premier Golf Association in their efforts to further “the good of the game.”
GolfNet™ will only use this information to provide a customized experience
within the GolfNet™ Golfer Portal and as authorized by the KPGA.
If you supply GolfNet, Inc. with your postal or email address online via
our Customer Support form from our corporate website, you will only receive the
information for which you provided us your address.
If you supply GolfNet, Inc. with your telephone number(s) online via our
Customer Support form from our corporate website, you will only receive
telephone contact from us with information regarding your inquiry.
GolfNet, Inc. and Keystone’s Premier Golf Association strive to be vigilant
in maintaining your privacy and a trustworthy recipient of any information you
provide.
